We want you to feel confident when subscribing to Test your Knowledge. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work:

Cancelling your subscription

• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• You can cancel anytime in your account settings.
• When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

• Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to request a full refund if you have not accessed the app after payment.
• If you start using the app immediately, you agree to waive this cooling-off right.
• Outside the 14-day period, refunds are not normally provided.

Free trials

If you sign up for a free trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. If you don’t want to continue, cancel before the trial finishes.
